There’s just something about watching water rise and fall with the current... back and forth like the constant pendulum it is. It can be calm and placid or solid and forceful. It can make the world seem small and connected or distant and vast. Most importantly though, it is a constant reminder that we’re always moving.... that even when it feels like we're going nowhere...
