Mostly we found only leaves and plants encased in the ice.... but who knows... with a little more exploration maybe we'll find a Mastodon in our back yard too...
Adventures inspired by science can be a lot of fun... even if it does take a few extra servings of hot cocoa to fuel them in this weather...
