The full moon is a very important sign in nature. It effects all the animals and our lives on the farm.
Jacob Sheep only breed seasonally and the Harvest Moon for my herd tells them this is the time. The rams and withers with their mighty horns and no grass in sight are prone to disagreements.
Since then, and up until this last full moon, the withers and rams got along quite well.
Now they are charging each other between stalls in the barn again. I had to put plywood up between the stalls so they could not see each other and let some out in the morning and some in the afternoon.
Once the full moon wanes all should return to normal, I hope...
