There's just nothing quite like the simple, beautiful and amazing transformation that water goes through when it turns into ice...
... so why not celebrate that and the last bits of remaining winter by building an ice castle!
Sweet and simple our castle came together in no time at all with about 6 trays worth of ice cubes left outside overnight and 3 or 4 large yogurt containers for the towers (depending on how many towers you would like).
A little snow for mortar (the trick is to wet the snow a bit with a spray bottle before and after each ice brick is added to make it a little slushy), a simple twig flag and...
...
... voila! ...
... a pretty ice castle perfect for a little Rose Hip Fairy King!
Happy Building!
