Iggy still misses his mom and on a few occasions, he has gotten out of his paddock and joined her in the pasture with a few fence lines torn down in the process.
But he also has an infinite interest in the act of play...
In fact when you are with him by stating it's work time or play time he engages accordingly...
Since birth he has been playing with his mom's tail, now he plays with a rope. He can swing it right...
... he can swing it left...
... he can even swing it
round and round until it flies off... sometimes all the way into another paddock. He then waits patiently for another horse or me to return it .
Did you notice another horse in Iggy's paddock? Yes, Rocky and Iggy are now friends.
To friends and play... both so important when growing up...
