For some reason it just won't snow where I am, which consequently is leading me back to my favorite wintertime tales like The Tomten and the Fox written by Astrid Lindgren and illustrated by Harald Wiberg...
... filled with snowy forests, and warm glowing cabins, this tale of mischief and sharing always leaves me wondering...
... will the Fox ever get those chickens? Or will the Tomten keep sharing his porridge?...
... either way, this delightful story satisfies my need for snowy weather...at least for the time being...
