Snow finally made it over the mountains, just in time to ring in the new year, and oh how beautiful the snowflakes were!
So, in continuing with my snowflake research...

... part science and part fun, The Story of Snow by Mark Cassino and Jon Nelson is filled with delightful illustrations and fascinating up-close views of ice crystals...
... such a wonderful way to learn about snow!
