The other day I caught myself daydreaming, just staring off in to the world of trinkets that occupy my windowsill. Eventually I began to separate the objects and focus in on the small details, which in turn led me to focus on the shadows and the light that created them...
... light that transforms even the smallest fragments of water vapor into ethereal worlds of shadow and soft color...
... light that creates moving worlds, just beyond my reach...
... and light that, just like that, brings me back to the quiet of my windowsill.
It takes so very little to travel immeasurable distances as long as your imagination is along for the ride....
