To say The Enchanted Broccoli Forest is one of my favorite cookbooks would be an understatement. I love it, it's so versatile and easy to work with. And as spring approaches, I'm finding it pretty inspirational too.
I recently jumped the pond and have found myself in new lands...
... as I made my way across the U.S. I saw a beautiful blanket of white, but as I touched down in this Mediterranean climate I noticed something very different... green! Budding and blooming branches everywhere I look, and oh the markets!
There really is nothing quite like walking to the open air market every morning to find this, fresh, in season veggies ripe for the eating.
Winter may still have a grip back home, but in Catalunya, spring has sprung! And I can't think of a better book to go with it than The Enchanted Broccoli Forest.
