Quick Super Spring Smoothie
Makes 2 servings
ingredients:
- 1 cup baby kale or spring greens
- 1 cup chopped apple
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds (or whole if your blender can handle it)
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
- 1 tablespoon hemp seed
- 1 teaspoon chia seed
- 1 cup filtered water
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and enjoy a fresh start to your sunny spring morning. May it be filled with a few adventures :)
